The Ego Never Dies.

No matter the situation, the ego is still alive.

You don’t kill it.
You don’t transcend it.
You don’t float above it in some love-and-light fantasy where you pretend you have none.

We are conscious beings living inside a body with instincts, preferences, pride, memory, and identity. The ego doesn’t disappear when you “wake up.” It either expands in awareness or it tightens its grip.

The more aware you become, the less “love and light” looks like silence.
It looks like boundaries.

Tall ones.
Solid ones.
The kind that don’t shake when someone raises their voice.
The kind that don’t fold because someone feels entitled.

Awareness doesn’t make you soft.
It makes you precise.

You stop making rookie mistakes.
And when you do slip, the cost is instant. There’s no waiting years for karma to catch up. The feedback loop tightens. You give what you get. Immediately.

That’s why hate is such an invalid emotion.

To hate, you have to care.
You have to feel.
Hate is attachment in disguise.

True indifference feels like nothing.
No contempt.
No resentment.
No need to prove.
No need to win.

Just nothing.

And that scares people more than anger ever could.

There are people standing on soapboxes in every room of the world waiting for an apology that was never promised to them.

They believe the universe owes them.
That life is in debt.
That every space they enter should bow because of who they are.

Owed for their pain.
Owed for their choices.
Owed for the life they built with their own hands.

They think the kingdom should be theirs simply because they exist.

But existence is not a crown.

No one owes you anything.
Not loyalty.
Not respect.
Not honor.
Not even the next breath you take.

Those are things you owe yourself first.

If you cannot be loyal to your own standards, why would the world mirror it?
If you do not respect yourself, why would anyone else volunteer to?

You want honor?
Live honorably.

An apology isn’t about the words.
It’s rarely about remorse.

It’s acknowledgement.
You did what you did.
You meant it when you did it.
You just didn’t expect to get caught.

That’s the uncomfortable truth.

Do better next time, yes.
Grow, absolutely.
But stop pretending that the world owes you compensation for your own behavior.

It’s a ripple effect.

Be a decent human and life tends to respond accordingly.
Act like the world revolves around you while treating people like props, and the consequences follow.

Not because the universe is punishing you.
But because energy echoes.

People love to quote that line about insanity being repetition and expecting different results.

That’s not crazy.

Crazy is living like the world owes you something while behaving in ways that guarantee it won’t give it.

Crazy is demanding loyalty while being disloyal.
Demanding respect while being disrespectful.
Demanding honor while lacking integrity.

Awareness doesn’t mean you have no ego.

It means your ego answers to something higher than entitlement.

And when that shift happens, something quiet but powerful takes over.

You stop waiting.
You stop demanding.
You stop chasing apologies.

You stand in places that require none.

And you move accordingly.

Like it or don’t.

Either way, it is what it is.
