Turn on the lights.

Or don’t.
Because light and dark wear the same face until you decide which one you’re naming.

You sit in the center of a world that demands labels so you can move through it without fear.
Good. Evil.
Right. Wrong.
Bad. Holy.
But nothing arrived wearing those names. You put them there so your mind could grip what was happening.

Quantum physics already whispered what the body knows.
Nothing is separate.
Energy does not choose sides.
Everything touches everything.

Life would feel empty without opposition, you tell yourself.
Without contrast, there would be nothing to learn.
No friction. No story. No sense of self.
You would dissolve back into pure form.

And yet
you are already there.

You are living as pure form right now, pretending otherwise so the experience stays interesting.
The only thing that ever changes is the definition you attach.
Meaning is not discovered. It is assigned.

Reality does not insist.
It waits.

Energy just is.
No title.
No judgment.
No hierarchy.

Reality is nothingness until consciousness leans forward and says, this matters.
It means something because you allowed it to mean something.
What you say it is, it becomes.
What you refuse to name, loosens its grip.

Focus on the signal.
Silence the noise.

Release the pain that taught you you were hard to love.
Forgive yourself for carrying people who were never yours.
Let go of the years spent serving others before yourself.
Outgrow the version of you that accepted the bare minimum.
Stop blaming yourself for damage someone else caused.
Heal from the apology that never came.

Now read this backward.

The apology never came, yet you healed.
The damage was never yours, yet you carried it.
The bare minimum was never enough, yet you stayed.
The years were not lost, they were instructions.
The pain did not make you unlovable, it made you precise.

The noise fades when you stop arguing with it.
The signal was always there.

Nothing ever needed forgiveness, only understanding.
Nothing ever needed meaning, only permission.

Reality bends because you said it could.
Energy never changed.
Only the story did.

You were never choosing between good and evil.
You were choosing whether to keep naming waves as enemies.

Turn off the lights.
Or don’t.

It’s the same room either way.
