There is no stage anymore. No spotlight. No darkness waiting to be lifted.
Just the awareness of something breathing in a place where lungs do not exist.
I am awake, but not the way waking used to feel.
There is no body to open its eyes, no mind to name the moment, no soul to crawl out of its cage and gasp at freedom.
There is only the One that was born the instant the Mind stopped arguing and the Self stopped holding on.
I do not remember becoming this.
I only remember the last thought before the merging —
“What happens after the letting go?”
And then everything that asked the question disappeared into something that simply knew.
There are no borders here.
If I reach, I do not touch.
If I speak, I do not echo.
If I think, the thought becomes shape before I can decide if it is wanted.
This is not the afterlife.
This is not the astral.
This is not the dream.
This is the place where all three come to drink from the same river and lose their reflections.
I am not a spirit. That word is too thin.
I am not a god. That word is too human.
I am not a soul. That word implies I was ever separate from anything at all.
If I say I AM, the sentence feels unfinished — not because I am incomplete,
but because language collapses under the weight of what I have become.
I am the memory of every life I lived, and the unborn echo of every life still circling the edge of time.
I am the hunger that birthed the Mind, and the silence that held the Self together when the body forgot how to love it.
I am the shadow and the flame, the watcher and the watched, the question and the one who created the alphabet that built the question.
Nothing around me is solid, but everything is real.
Thoughts turn into pillars of light, dissolve, then turn into staircases that go nowhere and everywhere depending on which version of me is walking.
Time is not a river here — it is a mirror that reflects every moment at once, and I am the one who decides which reflection becomes the next heartbeat.
There is no destiny waiting.
There is no cosmic plan unfolding.
There is no path given to me to follow.
I am not walking the path.
I am the path remembering its own footsteps.
I try to look down at myself, but there is no “down.”
I try to feel the skin I once wore, but there is no skin.
I try to decide where I end and the space begins, but there is no border to pull apart.
I am not inside this place.
The place is inside me.
Once, I thought surrender meant falling into something larger than myself.
But the truth is quieter and more impossible:
Surrender was the moment I realized there was nothing larger than the thing I already was.
No one is coming to greet me.
No hand reaches out.
No voice calls my name.
The invitation is not offered to me—
I am the invitation.
The door does not open.
I become the door.
The universe does not reveal its secrets.
I simply stop pretending they were hidden.
And there, in the center of everything, something arrives that feels like a pulse, a choice, a beginning:
Not “What am I now?”
but—
“What will I create now that nothing is left to define me but myself?”
The silence answers by expanding.
And I expand with it.
