Once you know, you cannot unknow. There’s no going back. Your eyes are open now, and no amount of distraction, comfort, or noise can make you unsee what’s been revealed. You came into this world with the memory of something ancient, something holy. But birth wrapped you in forgetfulness—wiped the slate clean so you could rediscover, through fire and silence, what your soul already knew.
You came here to remember.
The healed version of you—that’s the real you. The version that isn’t drowning in fear, pain, or illusion. The version that sees through the fog of ads, billboards, brands, and the endless grind. The world wants to sell you a thousand versions of yourself, each one shinier, more desirable, more distracted. Work to earn. Earn to buy. Buy to numb. Numb to forget.
But you’re not here to forget.
You’re not here to become someone else. You’re here to return to who you’ve always been. The soul wrapped in light. The being beyond your job title, your car, your skin, your name. This world wants you to live to work. To chase validation in products, promotions, and pretty things. It wants you tired, confused, and full of quiet despair.
Because if you’re asleep, you can be sold.
You’re being bought and sold every day in ways you don’t even see. In your scrolls, your feeds, your cravings, your self-doubt. They sell you insecurity, then sell you something to fix it. They sell you fear, then sell you protection. But what they’re really doing is stealing your soul when you’re not looking.
So what do you do?
You make a house a home—not for clout, not for show, but to welcome your tribe. You dress with intention. You let your space reflect your spirit. If your surroundings are chaotic, look inward. If your body feels sick, ask your soul what it needs. The outer world is just a mirror of the inner one. A healthy home. A clean car. A nourished body. These things speak without words.
It’s not vanity. It’s alignment.
The food you eat matters. The way you move matters. Your peace, your space, your breath—it all matters. Are you treating yourself like a vessel of divine energy, or a trash can for cheap dopamine? Are you running from the void or walking through it with your head high?
Close your eyes.
Let it all fall away. The noise. The pressure. The names. The guilt. Feel the stillness behind your thoughts. That’s the place. The nothingness. In it, there is no loss, no judgment, no hatred. Only presence. Only light. That’s the truth behind everything.
Follow that light. Let it guide you to distant lands—real or imagined. Visit your ancestors in dreams. Let them speak wisdom into your chest. But don’t take advice from the walking dead, those who sleep with their eyes open and speak only fear. They cannot see your path.
Walk with me.
Take my hand, and I will show you peace—and ecstasy. The ecstasy of being fully awake. Fully alive. But test me, fight me, and I will become resistance. I will show you your own shadow until you’re forced to meet it. I am both friend and foe, lover and challenger, light and darkness. You cannot have one without the other.
Nothing worth changing ever changes easily.
Sometimes force is necessary—not to harm, but to shape. To carve away what no longer serves. To end what should never have begun. Not everything that lives deserves to keep living. Not every pattern, belief, or identity gets to stay.
Those who think they hold the power over you have none.
You can kill a person. But you cannot kill a soul.
So remember.
Remember why you came. Not to become something. But to return to what you already are.
Are you ready?
Close your eyes.
And come back to the light.
